Warranty

Our Warranty

Paint protection film is covered for 10 years and vehicle wraps for 1 year. Every job we install is backed by the product manufacturer's warranty and by our own workmanship guarantee. If something isn't right because of the material or the way it was installed, we'll make it right.

Exact coverage depends on the product used on your vehicle and is listed on your invoice. Keep that invoice. It's your proof of coverage.

What's Covered

PPF carries a 10-year warranty and vehicle wraps a 1-year warranty. Coating and tint coverage depends on the product. Here's what each warranty protects against.

  • Paint Protection Film: 10-Year Warranty

Ten years of coverage against yellowing, cracking, bubbling, staining and delamination, plus lifting edges caused by the install.

  • Vehicle Wraps: 1-Year Warranty

One year of coverage against film defects and installation issues like lifting edges, bubbling or peeling that aren't caused by damage or improper care.

  • Ceramic Coating

Coating failure under normal use and the care schedule recommended at handover.

  • Window Tinting

Bubbling, peeling, cracking and fading or discoloration of the film.

  • Workmanship

Our installation work, including edges, seams and trimming, inspected and corrected if they fail under normal use.

What's Not Covered

A warranty covers material and workmanship, not damage that happens after the car leaves our bay.

  • Accidents and impact damage

Collisions, vandalism, scrapes and deep rock strikes that cut through the film or coating.

  • Improper washing

Brush car washes, harsh chemicals, abrasive pads or pressure washing directly at film edges.

  • Neglect

Bird droppings, tree sap or contaminants left to sit and etch the surface.

  • Paint that was already failing

Clear coat failure, repaints or prior damage under the film or coating.

  • Changes by others

Repairs, removal or modifications done by another shop.
